First, don't panic. Immediately visit the UIDAI website and download your e-Aadhaar. This is equally valid as the physical card. You can also lock your Aadhaar biometrics temporarily to prevent misuse. Then you can order a new PVC Aadhaar card for ₹50 through the UIDAI portal.
